Who it's for
- Sales and consulting professionals whose clients dislike recording bots joining calls. Granola transcribes by listening directly to your computer audio
- Team leads who jot down quick notes during meetings. It blends your personal notes with AI summaries into clean meeting minutes
- Multinational company employees who switch between Korean and English meetings. It transcribes smoothly even when languages change mid-call
Drawbacks
- The app UI is English-only, which might make navigating the settings confusing at first
- The free plan deletes meeting records after 30 days. You must export notes you want to keep long-term
- The mobile app only transcribes one selected language per meeting. For mixed Korean and English meetings, you must enable multilingual settings on the desktop app. Always obtain consent from participants before recording
Getting started
- Install the desktop app from the official website and sign in with a Google or Microsoft account.
- Connect your calendar so upcoming meetings appear inside the app.
- Under Settings > Language, turn on Multi-language and select Korean.
- Click the notification when a meeting starts to begin recording, and type your own notes as needed.
- Once the meeting ends, ask questions about the summary (e.g., "List all action items and assignees decided today").
