Who it's for
- Remote workers and project managers with frequent Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams calls who want automatic recording and summaries. It prevents missing key points while taking notes.
- People who want to send summaries and highlight links to colleagues who missed a meeting. You can share specific moments instead of full-length recordings.
- Teams looking to automatically sync meeting content to Notion, Slack, or CRMs. It eliminates the manual work of copying and pasting summaries.
Drawbacks
- The free plan includes unlimited recordings, but AI summaries have a monthly limit. Teams with frequent meetings may quickly need a paid plan.
- For in-person meetings rather than video calls, CLOVA Note or daglo is more suitable. While tl;dv supports file uploads, it is not its main focus.
- Because a bot joins the meeting, you must inform external participants and get their consent for recording.
Getting started
- Sign up on the official website and connect your Google, Zoom, or Teams calendar.
- Set tl;dv to automatically join and record calendar meetings. You can toggle this on or off per meeting.
- Once the meeting ends, a transcript, AI summary, and speaker talk-time breakdown are generated. A summary is also sent via email.
- Clip key moments into highlights and share them via link. Recipients can view them without an account.
- Enable Notion and Slack integrations to push summaries automatically. Set the meeting language to Korean for better recognition accuracy during Korean calls.
