Who it's for

  • Journalists, researchers, and professionals who want to transcribe interview, meeting, or lecture recordings into accurate full text and separate them by speaker. The editing screen makes it easy to click and fix misrecognized words.
  • People who want to extract subtitle files (SRT) from video lectures for YouTube or video editing software without using separate subtitle tools.
  • People who want to switch between devices, such as recording on a phone and organizing on a PC. Windows and Mac apps make handling long files convenient.

Drawbacks

  • The monthly conversion time on the free plan is limited, so recording weekly meetings will quickly require a paid plan.
  • Technical terms and proper nouns may be misrecognized, requiring manual proofreading for important documents. Registering frequently used terms in the dictionary helps somewhat.
  • Summaries tend to be simpler than CLOVA Note or Lilys AI. Decisions and action items require human refinement.

Getting started

  1. Sign up on the official website and open the web or desktop app.
  2. Upload an audio file, video, or YouTube link, or record directly in the app. Set the language to Korean.
  3. Once conversion is complete, review the full transcript separated by speaker and rename speakers. Click to fix any misrecognized words.
  4. Use "AI Summary" to extract key points and action items. You can choose a summary format based on the meeting type.
  5. Export as TXT, DOCX, or SRT files for use in documents or subtitles. Always notify and obtain consent from attendees before recording.
