Who it's for

  • Working professionals who need to refine reports, proposals, and emails down to the tone and style
  • Users who want to upload long PDFs or Excel files and handle reading and writing all at once, such as 'Summarize based on this data'
  • Novice developers and teachers who want to explain and fix code conversationally. Paste error messages as-is to get explanations and fixes.

Drawbacks

  • The free plan has hourly usage limits; uploading multiple long files will quickly trigger a 'try again later' message.
  • It does not focus on real-time web search or source citations by default, so it is safer to pair with search-focused tools for recent fact-checking.
  • It does not generate images. You need a separate image generation tool if you need visuals.

Getting started

  1. Sign up on the official website with an email or Google account.
  2. Enter both the role and desired output format in the prompt. Example: 'You are in charge of education office reports. Organize the notes below into a one-page A4 report.'
  3. Attach PDFs, images, or Excel files via the clip icon, and it will answer based on their contents.
  4. If the answer is too long, ask to adjust it with short prompts like 'Make it shorter', 'Use formal tone', or 'Format as a table'.
  5. Save frequently used instructions in Projects so you don't have to retype them every time. Installing the desktop app makes drag-and-drop file uploads easier.
