Who it's for

  • Teams where multiple people edit presentations at the same time. Comments and assignees live right inside the deck.
  • Users who want to share slides via a link and track who viewed them and how far they read.
  • Managers building company-wide brand templates. Once colors and fonts are set, new decks start from that framework.

Drawbacks

  • The interface is in English and Korean font options are limited. Korean text can sometimes show awkward letter spacing.
  • Paid plans are charged per seat, so costs scale up quickly as the team grows.
  • For solo creators, most collaboration features are unnecessary and hard to justify the price. It also only covers presentations.

Getting started

  1. Sign up on the official site and create a team workspace.
  2. Pick a template or upload an existing PPTX file to start.
  3. Invite team members and assign owners to specific slides.
  4. Leave comments for revisions and mark them as resolved when done.
  5. Share via link or export as PPTX/PDF. Check Korean fonts beforehand.
