Who it's for
- Students and teachers who want to learn why it is wrong through explanations. It shows rules and examples for each error
- People writing texts where rule compliance is critical, such as theses or cover letters. Highly reliable with time-tested, rule-based checks
- Anyone looking to check text directly on the web without installing software or signing up
Drawbacks
- Only checks up to 300 words at a time, requiring longer texts to be split into multiple batches
- The interface has an outdated design and is inconvenient on mobile. There is no file upload, so you must copy and paste text
- A separate license is required for corporate business use
Getting started
- Open the checker website. No login is required.
- Paste your text within 300 words and click "Check".
- Errors, suggestions, and explanations will appear on the right. Read the explanation and decide whether to accept the change.
- Copy the corrected text back to your original document, then paste the next 300 words.
- For long texts, scan first with Bareun Checker, then use this tool to check explanations for confusing parts.
